This notice covers the inquiry-only Field Forms catalog, not all other Royal RC services. It is a draft for owner and legal review, not a claim of legal certification.
What happens when you inquire
The catalog provides email links, not an inquiry submission database. Clicking a link opens your own email application. A message is sent only when you choose to send it. RRC receives the sender information and content you include through its email provider. Do not put tenant identifiers, access codes, financial details or completed condition records in an initial inquiry.
How inquiry information is used
Information voluntarily emailed may be used to answer your request and arrange a quote, licensing, client-specific preparation, payment, delivery or support. An inquiry is not marketing consent. The catalog does not add a buyer account, payment-card collection, completed-form upload, chat transcript or new tracking service. Existing site hosting and browser/network services may process technical request data.
Your files and requests
Completing a downloaded form does not automatically send its contents to RRC. You control where completed forms and backups are stored and who receives them. For questions about information you sent, correction or deletion requests, email RoyalRCinc@outlook.com. Identity verification and legal record-retention requirements may apply. No fixed deletion period or absolute security guarantee is promised by this draft.
