Before you order
Request a quote at RoyalRCinc@outlook.com. RRC will confirm the products, Business-license terms, price, applicable tax, any client-specific preparation and delivery arrangements in writing. Looking at a SAMPLE or sending an inquiry does not place an order.
File problems
The proposed policy provides a working replacement or refund for a defective file, a file that will not open, or one materially different from its agreed description, if reported within 30 days of delivery. Include an order reference and a description of the problem; do not email sensitive completed client records unless specifically needed and agreed.
Other refunds and rights
The supplied draft proposes final sales after usable digital files have been delivered, except for the file problems above, applicable legal rights and any different written agreement. A refund is proposed where the license was not accepted and files were not delivered. This page does not limit non-waivable rights. Payment processing and refunds are handled directly, not by this website.
