RRC Field Forms / Proposed draft

RRC Forms Business License

Proposed Business-license terms for quoted orders. These terms require owner and attorney review before being used for a sale. Browsing, requesting information or viewing a sample does not accept a license or create a purchase.

Draft status: Draft for owner and attorney review. No attorney or accountant approval is claimed. Nothing on this page is accepted automatically; terms apply only when expressly accepted in a written order.
Version 1.1-business-review / Revised 2026-11-04

1. Parties and acceptance

The proposed licensor is Royal Roofing Construction Inc. The licensee is the business identified in the written order. Before payment or delivery, the order must identify the products, Business license, price, any applicable tax, delivery arrangements and the exact license version, and record the buyer's express acceptance. No online checkout or automatic acceptance is offered on this site.

2. Business use

One legal entity and its employees may use the purchased forms for any number of properties it owns, manages, lists or services. Contractors and subcontractors may use them only for that entity's jobs. The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable; the buyer receives use rights, not ownership of RRC material. Personal and white-label licenses are not offered through this catalog.

3. Permitted copies and completed records

Within the agreed Business license, the buyer may print, laminate, fill and reuse forms and keep backups on devices or storage it controls. Completed records may be given to its own clients, owners, tenants, buyers or insurers as records of its own walkthroughs and work. A completed record must not be supplied as a reusable blank template.

4. Attribution and restrictions

Keep RRC branding, contact information, copyright, watermark and license notices intact. Do not sell, sublicense, distribute or publicly post blank or reusable templates, rebrand them, or create competing template products from protectable RRC material. Client-specific preparation by RRC does not grant white-label rights. No general redistribution right is granted.

5. Scope of rights and buyer information

Rights are reserved only in protectable RRC expression, instructions, branding and design. No ownership is asserted over general facts, third-party guidance, purely AI-generated material or the buyer's observations and data. Blank record fields may have limited copyright protection. Applicable statutory rights and exceptions remain unaffected.

Completed forms remain with the buyer unless the buyer deliberately sends them to RRC. Protect personal information in condition records and photo references. The catalog does not upload, save or inspect completed forms.

6. Observational tools, not inspections

The forms are observational checklists and records, not licensed home or code inspections, appraisals, engineering, legal, insurance or tax advice, or habitability certifications. None observed does not mean none present. DIY, Handyman and Specialist labels are routing guidance, not permission to perform regulated work. Follow applicable safety rules, permits, authorization, lease terms and requirements for qualified licensed specialists; consider applicable lead-safe work rules for pre-1978 properties.

7. Proposed warranty and liability terms

Subject to attorney review and applicable law, the proposed license provides the forms as is, without a promise of completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular property or compliance outcome. Proposed exclusions of consequential loss and a liability cap at the amount paid must be expressly agreed and may not apply where prohibited. These are proposed contract terms, not a statement that mandatory consumer rights can be waived.

8. Delivery, support and replacements

Delivery is arranged directly by email after an agreed order; no automatic payment, instant download, public master-file link or customer account is provided. Review the proposed refund and replacement policy before agreeing to an order. Report a defective, inaccessible or materially misdescribed file within 30 days of delivery for a working replacement or refund, subject to applicable rights and the agreed order.

9. Updates and ending the license

Any update entitlement must be stated in the order; no automatic update subscription is promised. Proposed termination terms require stopping use and deleting reusable blank copies after a material license breach, while allowing completed records to be retained when needed for lawful record-keeping. The accepted version governs that order; later posted revisions do not silently change it.

10. Legal review and contact

Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, termination, any indemnity, refund terms, tax treatment and Texas law/Travis County venue require qualified professional review before inclusion in an executed agreement. No attorney or accountant approval is claimed. Questions and permission requests: RoyalRCinc@outlook.com or 512-348-7663.
